We want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Moreover, following this policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear.
- You must request returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
However, sale or discounted items are not eligible for return (except for faulty
items).

- Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return

- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. However, if your requested item is not available, we will offer alternatives.
- Out of Stock: If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the returned item.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

- Refund or Replacement: Then, after inspecting the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement as per your preferred choice.
