At Qalbi, we take great care in the quality of our Abayas, scarves and accessories. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our store to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

We want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery date.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached
- Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from delivery date
- Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for return (except for faulty items)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at hello@qalbi.com.au or DM us on Instagram within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return
- Our team will provide return shipping instructions
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges

- Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from delivery date
- Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for exchange (except for faulty items)

- Specify your preferred replacement (size, color, or style)
Exchange Process
- Our team will assist you with the exchange process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the returned item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We will provide return shipping instructions once your exchange is approved
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect:

- Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Our Response
- Once reviewed and approved, we provide a paid return shipping label
- After inspection of the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement
