Shipping Policy

At Qalbi, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on business days are typically processed the same day. During busy periods, please allow up to 1–3 business days for processing.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Australian Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

These timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates provided for guidance only.

Regional & Remote Australia

Some regional and remote locations may require additional delivery time:

• Western Australia: Allow approximately 2–3 additional business days

Customs Delays

International orders may occasionally experience delays while being processed by customs. Customs clearance times are outside Qalbi's control and are not included within estimated delivery timeframes.

Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges

If an international order is refused or returned to Qalbi because applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other import charges were not paid, any original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees or other costs incurred may be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant shipping carrier and may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Qalbi cannot be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply if you request redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@qalbi.com.au, including your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected items where possible.

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
